A Reflective Group for Consultants and Change Agents

The Tavistock Institute announces the formation of a new Reflective Group for organisational development and change agents who are looking for a cutting-edge learning experience that will help with taking up roles as consultants in complex consultative projects. Participants: The programme will interest those who wish to work with other advanced practitioners in sharing understanding and identifying key learning for future practice. This Reflective Group will be an opportunity for exploring how to use systems psychodynamics approaches in consultancy. Venue & Dates: The programme starts with a 1.5-day residential meeting, followed by 6 whole-day meetings – one every two months approximately. 1) Residential 1.5 days at Møller Centre, Cambridge University 2) Non-residential 6 x 1-day meetings at The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations on Thursdays on the following dates in 2019 Aims of the Reflective Group Who is this group for? The opening 1.5-day residential meeting will comprise introductions, expectations, setting up the Group. The 6 whole-day meetings (one every two months approximately) will build on the learning of the opening residential session; the focus here will be on sharing current consultation dilemmas.

To help deepen skills, the group will build a challenging and supportive culture to enhance reflection on the learning and application.

Written assignment To qualify for CPD, a written assignment of 3,000 words will be required outlining your learning and the application of the ideas to your practice.
