Opportunities in Research and Evaluation

We already have a well established, multi-disciplinary research and evaluation group which is continuing to promote the Tavistock Institute's contribution to the international development of evaluation practice. From more details about our research and evaluation work click here.

Applicants should have at least 5 years' experience in evaluation at EU level (though work will also be in the UK). This should include a track record of delivering and winning work for the European Commission and other EU and international agencies, designing evaluation frameworks and methodologies, deploying a range of qualitative and quantitative methods, working in complex political settings with demanding clients, and partnership working. These will be brought to our work in European social and employment policies and in the information society. They should be educated to at least Masters level (or equivalent) in a social science discipline and preferably be fluent In English and a second language.

The salary bracket for senior researchers ranges from ᆪ32,500 to ᆪ42,499 depending on experience and qualifications.Applicants should send an EU CV and a one page covering letter highlighting what they can offer and why they are in interested in joining the Tavistock Institute to Coreene Archer: c.archer@tavinstitute.org
